Additional rooms include a first-floor bedroom/sitting room with a sleeper sofa with attached full bathroom and third-floor single and double bunkbed rooms. The single bunk room has a twin-over-full and includes an accompanied full bathroom and the double bunk room has two twin-over-queen bunks. Each bedroom and the living room are equipped with smart TVs, ensuring entertainment and relaxation for all. Gather in the quaint, open-concept, family-friendly, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, or living room to create unforgettable memories in a setting of coastal elegance.

Guests can enjoy the community pool (note: unheated) just steps away or take the daily tram or included golf cart, aka, low-speed vehicle (LSV) to Grayton Dunes beach access or Grayton Beach State Park.
